This week year 11 catering students completed their practical exams. They had three hours to make and serve a two course meal from an international country of their choice for two people. Students worked very hard and have had outstanding outcomes. Congratulations to all Mrs Ford
Year 7 students completed a two week homework where they had to make a Motte and Bailey style castle. This type of castle was used by the Normans after they conquered England after their victory at the Battle of Hastings.
